<==One of our canine charges...Wow- what a petsitting weekend... and it ain't over yet.
Some new animal loving customers recently increased their pet population to 3 dogs and 6 cats. Two of the cats are spunky and mischeiveous kittens whose favorite game is to dart out the door between your feet as you go in and out with the dogs. (then you have to catch them! The kittens). The other four cats are recluse and you have to hunt them down upstairs and offer them food.
Oh and of course clean the kitty litter boxes for 6 cats. 6 HOUSE cats. 6 HOUSE cats who spend all day eating and drinking!
And then the dogs. Sweet, rescue dogs. Young and lively and crated all day. They are used to hanging with the two young boys who live there, so needless to say when we visit, they are ready to romp. So, some of our visits were an hour long to let them play.
So, Happier At Home was not home much this weekend... but out making pets happy to be in their homes.
Did I mention the customer wanted FOUR visits a day? I completely understand... as they love these critters! But it does feel good to be back at MY home. :)

LOL - you could try my way - the neighbors' dogs come to play when their owners are at work! Of course, it doesn't pay so I guess that would do ;-)
