Combo of insights:
At Mass tonight I again saw that this is all about the love God has for us. As we celebrated the Eucharist, and Father reminded us in his homily. God is coming to us, to see us, at this moment.
After the first reading about Moses he asked how many have seen a bush burn but not consume. A show of hands?
None.
Then asked what that bush represented. The answer: God's presence.
So, he asked, how many have experienced God's presence. A show of hands?
They all shot up.
This life is about experiencing God and sharing that with others.
Fast forward to our homeschool meeting tonight. It eventually got to where it always goes: how do I make my dc do this? How can I get them to learn that?
We then talked about helping them find their own path, and love of learning.
As I think back, it really is about love. God's love for us, his presence. And our love for our children, and our presence to them. Really just paying attention to who they are, what they think, what makes them 'them'. All about love.

Hi Cindy - during my CGS training we talked about how God wants to have a relationship with us and how He always initiates that relationship through gifts...it has been something to ponder over for me the past 6 weeks :-)
